| Abstract: | The grassroots police organ plays an important role in the the police organs duty,and it belongs to the public security safety with some characteristics such as subordinative,preventing,fighting,coordinating and public security.At present,to fulfill the guarding work under the background of nontraditional safety,the grassroots police organ can take effective measures of ＂tri-checking＂,＂tri-contrilling＂ and＂tri-fulfilling＂. |
