| 摘 要： | 法律英语是一门有别于普通英语的工具性语言。作为一门法律习惯语言,法律英语在语法、词汇、逻辑上均有其自身的特点。法律英语词汇具有正式性、大量借用外来词汇、模糊语言与准确语言并用以及近义词或同义词重复等五个方面特点。了解掌握这些特点,有助于我们更好地学习和研究法律英语,更好地实现法律法规的移植,从而进一步加快我国的法治化建设步伐。

| Abstract: | Being an instrumental language,legal language is different from general English.It has its own characteristics in grammar,vocabulary and logic as a customary language.The article offers a fairly overall discourse on such respects as frequent use of ancient vocabulary,legal terminology,borrowing of exotic vocabulary,combination of fuzzy and accurate language as well as cataphasia of synonyms,which is helpful for the learning and studying of legal language,as well as better realization of the transplantation of law,thus to accelerate the ruling-by-law construction in our country. |
