浅议促进城乡发展体一化

城乡发展一体化,是我国工业化、城镇化和农业现代化发展的现实要求。目前,以城乡二元经济结构为主的体制、较低的城镇化发展水平、农村产业不合理结构、差距明显的城乡基础设施建设以及政策制度的缺陷影响了城乡发展一体化,因此,应以促进城乡农业经营、城乡基础设施建设和公共服务、城乡建设与管理一体化为路径,加快促进城乡发展一体化。

On Promoting the Integration of Urban and Rural Development

The integration of urban and rural development is the realistic demand of the development of the industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.At present,many factors influence the integration of urban and rural development：the system based on the urban-rural dual economic structure,the lower urbanization development,the irrational rural industrial structure,there is a significant gap between urban and rural basic infrastructure construction,and the defects of policies and the system.Therefore,we should take promoting urban and rural agricultural management,urban and rural basic infrastructure construction and public service,the integration of urban-rural construction and management as the paths to promote the integration of urban and rural development.
