| 摘 要： | 本文立于事实的基础上 ,论述了现行国际金融监管中所存在的不足 ,这主要表现在 :金融监管理论基础的欠成熟性、国际金融监管组织的先天发育不足、国际金融监管所体现意志与利益的单一性、国际金融监管的事后性等几个方面。同时 ,在此基础上 ,针对现行的监管缺陷 ,作者从信息分享、国际金融监管主体的重塑与矫正、国际金融监管的理念及国际金融监管法立法主体等方面提出了一些完善的对策。

| Abstract: | On the factual basis, the article details the extant imperfections of the international financial supervision which mainly lie in the following aspects:immaturity of the basic theory about financil supervision?inner imperfection of the international financial organization, simplicity of the will & the benefit for the international supervision, its non-foresight, etc. On the basis of these, from the angle of the sharing of information, rectification & reshaping of its ubject, its theory,etc. the author advanced some suggestions about how to comsummate the present international financial supervision. |
