| Abstract: | Social stability is the basic guarantee of social development. Maintaining social stable is the foremost task of public security organ. Establishing social stable prevention alarm system is an important means of the public security organ to maintain social stable. Different levels of public security organs should strengthen social stable prevention alarm system establishment from the level of politics so as to exert the function of maintaining society stable. |
