| 摘 要： | 解救人质,和劫持者谈判是必不可少的重要手段,谈判的效果如何,取决于对劫持者心理状态分析是否到位。通过三维分析,可以把握劫持者的心理状态,充分运用各种手段,稳定劫持者的情绪,瓦解其心理防线,达到成功解救人质的目的。

| Abstract: | Negotiating with the kidnapper is the essential method in rescuing the hostage.The effects of negotiation are decided by the analysis on kidnapper's psychological state.Through the three dimensional analysis,we may grasp the kidnapper's psychological state,make full use of each method to stable kidnapper's mood,disintegrate his psychological defense line and successfully rescue the hostage. |
