| 摘 要： | 人民警察的权力观对于公安队伍的建设具有十分重要的意义。对警察权力基本特征的认识,及对权力行使中出现问题 的把握,是我们树立正确权力观的前提条件。权力观的中心内容就是“权力是谁给的,权力是为谁服务的”。
