| 摘 要： | 在村民自治的实践过程中,乡村关系一直是一个敏感复杂的问题,既存在着乡镇政府的越位,又存在着村委会的缺位.这种越位和缺位,使得村民自治的实践效果大打折扣.为保证村民自治健康深入发展,就必须正视村民自治下乡村关系面临的问题,并分析其成因,把握好乡村关系的发展定位,采取切实有效的措施,科学合理地把乡村关系调适到最佳的状态.
