| 摘 要： | 为迎接２１ 世纪知识经济的发展，我国《著作权法》应作如下修改：１ ．变《著作权法》为《版权法》；２ ．设立作品登记制度，放弃自动保护原则；３ ．按作品分类确定统一保护期；４ ．理顺版权归属关系；５ ．用许可方式限制使用权。
