A solution to college staff's ideological and political work

Based on the analysis of the problems in current ideological and political work of university staff,this essay attempts to explore practical approaches to the ideological work under the new circumstances.It is concluded that the ideological and political work of university staff holds the principle of "people foremost" & "democratic rule"as its prerequisite,the building of a highquality administrative cadres as vital guarantee,the concern about staff's welfare as an effective way and the promotion of teaching ethics as the key handhold.
