| Abstract: | As an important minister in Xihan dynasty,Ji An had not any famous bookmaking left in the world.However,we can find many of his legal thoughts through investigation and analysis of his action,such as letting nature take its own course,attaching importance to the people and country first.Ji An's thoughts are of great value to us. |
