| Abstract: | Constitutional interpretation has been regarded as the core of modern theories of constitution and judicial reviews, which is not as the general judicial interpretation in the nature of politic, systematic and normality. It is this that decide the constitutional interpretation with the normative, passive ,neutral and adaptive natures. |
