摘    要:高校各门课程如何进行以“素质教育”为中心的教学改革已成为迫切任务。法律文书教学同样要突破“教师中心、教材中心、课堂讲授中心”的传统教学模式 ,注重学生“知识 +能力”的素质培养。针对本课程专业性、综合性、实用性的特点 ,准确定位 ,既注意法律文书教学的“多面结合” ,也要注意“重点突出” ,处理好“面”与“点”的关系 ,以求取得更好的教学效果 ,有效提高学生素质

Abstract:It has been a impending task that how to carry through "makings education" in every curriculum . The teaching of legal writ should break through the traditional mode of teaching, which is "teacher center, textbook center, classes' teaching center". We should pay attention to cultivate the students' makings of knowledge and abilities. Aiming at the specialization, integration, applicability of this curriculum, we should clear its orientation. Moreover, we should pay attention to not only its variety, but also its emphases. To deal with the relations between points and sides. Thus, we can look forward better effects of teaching, and advancing the students' makings effectively.
