| Abstract: | This paper makes a brief review on the learned advancement of maritime law in China in 2004. It gives summarization and brief remark on five parts in the order as follows: real right of ships and crew, the law on carriage of goods by sea, admiralty law, marine insurance law and maritime litigation and arbitration. In addition, the paper prospects the development of maritime law in China in the future. |
