| 摘 要： | 经济转型期,法律道德信仰的整合在实施中存在着认识上未到位的问题,这使得社会治安综合治理中形成程序上不规范、不严密,操作上难以掌握等困难.为完善综治工作,必须从法律、道德两方面进行调整,认识到其在转型的工作重点是进行改革完善,保证国家进入到动态稳定,良性发展.

| Abstract: | During the economic transformation period, the conformity of law, morality and belief have not still met the requirement. This causes difficulties in the standard and strictness of process and the manipulation in the comprehensive administration of social security. In order to perfect this work, we should improve in both sides of law and morality, realizing the key point in the transformation period is reform and improvement so as to promise a smooth development |
