| 摘 要： | 自然资源是中国西部地区的比较优势之所在 ,西部大开发就是要把自然资源优势转化为经济优势。因此 ,西部地区应实施包括市场化战略、产业化战略、区域组合战略、创新战略和可持续发展战略在内的自然资源转化战略。

| Abstract: | The comparative advantage of chinese western areas is in natural resources,and the western development is to transform the resources advantage into economic advantage .So in the western areas,it should apply the transforming strategy of natural resources that consists of marketization strategy,industrialization strategy,regional combination strategy,innovation strategy and sustainable developing strategy. |
