摘    要:绩效管理的思想和方法正在被世界范围内众多公司采用,也被越来越多的中国企业所采用.但现实中我国大多数企业绩效管理的效果并不尽如人意,非但没有起到激励员工、提升绩效的作用,反而引发了员工的不满,对企业业绩产生了负面影响.本文分析了缋效管理的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了有效实施绩效管理的时策建议.

Abstract:The thought and method 6f performance management is being adopted by many companies worldwide,has been more and more China adopted by enterprises.But the performance management of most enterprises in our country reality effect is not just as one wishes,did not play a role in encouraging the staff,improving performance,but raises employee dissatisfaction,had a negative impact on the performance of the company.This paper analyzes the current situation and performance management problems,on this basis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of the performance management effectively.
