| 摘 要： | 依照平等适用刑法的基本原则,我国刑法应该对男性和女性的性权利都予以保护。但是从实际情况来看,我国刑法保护的性权利主要是女性的性权利,对男性性权利的保护则不是很具体和明确的。因此应该通过完善立法,来加强对男性性权利的刑法保护。

| Abstract: | According to the fundamental principle of using criminal law equally,the men's sex rights and the women's sex rights should be protected equally by the criminal law.In fact,our country's criminal law prefers women's sex rights rather than men's.Therefore,we should improve criminal protection of men's rights by legislation. |
