| 摘 要： | 商法与其他的国内法律部门相比,其国际性特征最为突出:商法在形成之初就带有国际性特征,后来发展为具有国际性的国内商法,现代商法又明显地表现出国际统一性的趋势,从而使商法的发展呈现出一个国际性的回归。
