| 摘 要： | 劳动合同制度的实施,对构建和谐社会产生了积极的影响,在协调劳动关系中发挥了基础性作用。同时劳动合同在实施过程中也出现了种种问题。工会作为劳动者的代表,要履行法律规定的职责,在推进劳动合同制度建设过程中,帮助、指导职工签订劳动合同,更好地维护职工利益。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the system of labor contract has positively influenced on building harmonious society and played an important role in adjusting labor relations.At the same time,the system of labor contract also has some problems in the process of implementation.As the representative of laborers,trade union should carry out legal responsibility,assist and guide workers to sign labor contract and protect staff and workers' interests better. |
