| 摘 要： | 个人信息保护已经成为互联网时代的重大法律问题之一。个人信息保护涉及多个法律领域、多种法律手段,因此必须采取综合治理的方式来解决个人信息保护问题,构建个人信息保护的多元法律体系。十三届全国人大三次会议将于2020年3月审议表决《民法典》,还将计划制定《个人信息保护法》。因此,我国个人信息保护立法将迎来历史性突破,以民事基本法与行政单行法构筑的我国个人信息保护法律体系将基本形成。

| Abstract: | The protection of personal information has become one of the major legal issues in the Internet age.The protection of personal information involves many legal fields and many legal means,so we must adopt a comprehensive approach to solve the problem of information protection and construct a pluralistic legal system for the protection of personal information.The third session of the 13th National People's Congress will consider and vote on the Civil Code in March 2020,and plans to amend the Law on the Protection of Personal Information.Therefore,China's personal information protection legislation will usher in a historic breakthrough,with the civil basic law and other administrative single-line law to build China's personal information protection legal system will be basically formed. |
