| Abstract: | Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) technique was introduced to on the aspects of primer design,amplification mechanism and result judging.Advance of the technique in detection of viruses,bacteria,fungi and parasites in veterinary medicine and in embryo sexing and sex control in animal husbandry was summarized in order to provide help in further study and application of LAMP. |
