| 摘 要： | 我国藏区分裂与反分裂斗争基本规律有:反分裂斗争必胜的规律;分裂与反分裂斗争时起时伏的规律;分裂势力内外勾结的规律;斗争双方主被动地位相互转化的规律。其特点具有涉外性、复杂性、隐蔽性、尖锐性、长期性。
