| 摘 要： | 目前干部教育培训工作已进入了一个新的发展阶段。进一步明确新要求，总结新经验，把握新趋势，对于更好地贯彻落实党的十七大精神、《干部教育培训工作条例》和“十一五”干部教育培训规划，增强干部教育培训的针对性和实效性，提高干部教育培训质量，充分发挥党校在新一轮大规模培训干部中的主渠道作用，无疑具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | At present cadres training on education enters into a new stage, undoubtedly it is of important significance to definite new requirement, summarize new experience and master new tendency for better implementation of the spirit of the 17th Congress of the CPC, ＇working regulations on cadres education training＇ and the eleventh five-year plan on cadres education training, the improvement of direction, efficiency and quality of cadres education training and full expansion of its main role in new round training. |
