伊拉克战争、朝鲜核问题的爆发和国内结构性改革步履为艰 ,使日本政治在 2 0 0 3年的变数增多。悬而未决的有事法立法、引而不发地向伊拉克派兵以及倍受瞩目的自民党总裁选举、国会的解散和众议院的大选等问题 ,都与国际危机的演进一起形成了对日本政治的冲击。以“普通国家”为目标的“小泉式”政治与外交倍受考验。日本国家的结构性转型方向尤其引人注目。

The politics and diplomacy of Koizumi aimed at "common state" stand a severe test. The structural transitional trend of Japan especially attracts worldwide attention.
