| Abstract: | The teacher certification system is a specific occupational licensing system of state for teachers, is tile most basic requirements for staff specializing in education and teaching. This paper reviews the implementation of the qualification of teachers since the system begin, study some major problems in the teaching qualification identification and discuss how to make it standardization , which will be a useful exploration. |
