| 摘 要： | 人民检察院是国家的法律监督机关,有权对国家的各项法律的实施进行全面监督。如何全面履行刑事诉讼法律监督,关系到检察机关存在的必要,关系到我国刑事法律的正确实施。但在实践中,人民检察院在立案、侦查、审判、执行等活动的法律监督工作中存在着诸多问题。所以要健全和完善法律监督机制,就要进一步完善检查监督的法律体系和保障机制,使人民检察院充分发挥监督作用。
