现象·动因·治理:“微腐败”问题研究综述

随着全面从严治党向纵深发展,“微腐败”的治理成为腐败治理的焦点,“微腐败”研究也成为学界研究的热点。就整体现状而言,论文数量可观,成果丰硕;从研究角度来看,主要论题聚焦于“微腐败”的概念、表现形式、形成原因、社会影响和治理措施等方面;就研究趋势而言,“微腐败”的研究呈现出多样性、针对性、系统性等研究态势。尽管“微腐败”研究还存在理论深度不足、实证研究较少、比较研究欠缺等问题,但是,研究的主题、问题、方法、成果等为腐败治理研究拓展了内容和形式,为反腐倡廉建设提供了指导和启示,具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Manifestations,Causes and Governance:a Synthesis of “Micro-Corruption” Research

With comprehensive and strict administration of the Party being further deepened,“micro-corruption”has come to the center of corruption treatment,relevant studies becoming the hotspot in the academic community.As a whole,such research articles are numerous,achievements considerable;in terms of research perspectives,research topics are focused on the concept,manifestation,origin,consequences and treatment measures;as regard its development,such studies will be more varied,pertinent and systematic.Problems can be found in the lack of theoretical depth,scarcity of empirical studies and insufficient comparative studies.However,research topics,issues,methods and outcomes have expanded the content and form of“micro-corruption”treatment,and provided guidance and inspiration for the construction for anti-corruption efforts,and are thus of considerable theoretical and practical significance.
