| 摘 要： | 新一届中央领导集体把科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会作为突破口,创新和发展了邓小平新时期统一战线理论,并逐步形成与时代相契合的独特统一战线思想。它具有两个显著的特征:一是重视制度建设;二是重视人民利益、同盟者利益的思想。
