试析警务化管理体制下学生群体的心理差异

伴随着高校逐年扩招与大学生人数快速递增,进一步加强大学生思想政治工作,不断改善大学生心理状况,努力培养高素质的人才,已成为当前高校学生管理,乃至全社会普遍关注的热点。从公安院校实际出发,比较分析警务化管理体制下学生群体的心理差异及其产生与发展的内在根源,进行有针对性的思考,具有重要的现实意义。

A Tentative Analysis on Psychological Differences among Student Groups under the System of Policing Management

The annual expansion of student's enrollment in colleges and universities has led to a rapid increase instudents' numbers,therefore,it has become a current universally-focused hot issue for students' management departments in colleges and universities,and even for the whole society to further strengthen ideological & political work for students,to constantly improve their psychological conditions and to cultivate talents of high qualities with efforts.Starting out from the actual situation of public security colleges and universities,it has significantly practical meaning to make a comparable analysis on psychological differences among student groups under the system of policing management and on the inner roots of their occurrence and development to make an aimed consideration on them.
