| 摘 要： | 企业间竞争的本质是企业核心竞争力的竞争。培育核心竞争力是涉及企业经营管理各个层面、各个要素、各个环节的系统工程。应从战略管理层面提出企业核心竞争力培育的一般模式 ,并需对核心竞争力进行定期评价 ,以不断提升其内涵。

| Abstract: | The nature of competition among enterprises is the competition of their corn-competence.To develop the core-competence different aspects ,elements ,and links in the management of enterprises will be involved ,and they form a systematic project. Therefore, we should ,from the angle of strategic management,put forward general developing mode of core-competence in enterprises .Also we should evaluate core-competence so as to promote its connotation. |
