公安院校招录培养体制改革试点专业学员体能训练思考

体能是公安民警掌握警务技能战术的前提和基础,直接影响警体技能在执法过程中的应用效果。从思想重视不够,缺乏专人负责训练方案与内容、考核机制、时间保障等六个方面来分析,公安院校招录培养体制改革试点专业体能训练的现状及原因。综合实际,试点班体能训练要从七个方面进行思考:即思想认识、训练方法、训练模式、教官配备、简单实用、考评机制、借鉴经验。

Reflections on Pilot Program Cadets’ Physical Training in Recruiting Training System Reform in Police Academies

Being the prerequisite and foundation for the police’s mastery of policing skills and tactics,physical stamina directly affects application effect of police physical skills in law enforcement.The article analyzes the reasons for the present status of pilot program cadets’ physical training in recruiting training system reform in police academies,which is embodied in the following six aspects,namely,little attention is paid to the training work with no specialized responsibility,nor training programs or contents,nor assessment mechanism and nor time guarantee.Consequently,the article argues that we should make reflections on the pilot program cadets’ physical training in the following seven aspects,namely,emphasis should be paced on ideological understanding,training methods,training models,instructor allocation,simplicity and practicality,assessment mechanism and experiences for reference.
