| Abstract: | Two teenage boys, brothers, died suddenly within 2 months of each other. No clear cause of death could be identified in either case. Because of previous reports of the association between malignant hyperpyrexia and sudden death in otherwise healthy young men, we examined the parents. The father was found to be malignant hyperpyrexia-susceptible. |
