| 摘 要： | 十六届四中全会提出了社会主义政治建设的概念。社会主义是一个特殊的历史形态,推进中国特色社会主义的政治建设,既要考虑其一般性,又要认识其特殊的历史方位。推进社会主义政治建设必须以我国历史方位为前提,据此制定政治建设的对策。

| Abstract: | The 4th session of the 16th Party Congress put forward the concept of socialist political construction.Socialism is a special historic form.Therefore,when promoting the socialist political construction with Chinese characteristics,we should take both its general feature and the special historic orientation into consideration.We should also take China's historic orientation as precondition while promoting socialist political construction. |
