| Abstract: | In the new age the work for staff mass emerges some new characteristics different from the previous ones.The first one is to extend our serve for the staff.The second one is to variegate the working contents.The third one is to complicate the working situation.The fourth one is harder to construct the organized website.All levels of trade unions should research on the working method carefully to adapt ourselves to the new demands brought by the new age. |
