新时期完善干部教育培训师资队伍建设的几点思考

教师队伍建设是干部教育培训体系的重要内容,也是建设高素质干部队伍的基础。当前,在党建科学化的目标要求下,必须完善师资队伍教育网络,改进教育理念,形成教师专业研究基础上职业教育和继续教育的制度框架,推进团队学习和系统思维。同时,健全科学的评价体系,形成有效的激励机制,保障师资队伍建设符合新时期加强党的建设的需要。

Some Considerations about Perfecting the Faculty Construction for Cadre Education and Training in the New Period

Faculty construction is an important content of the cadre education and training system, and also a foundation for building a teacher team of high-qualities. At the present,we should, under the goal of scientific party construction, perfect the education network for teachers, improve the education ideas, establish the institutional framework for occupational education and continuous education based on teachers’ academic research, and promote team learning and systematic thinking. Meanwhile, we should establish a scientific evaluation system and form an effective incentive mechanism, so as to ensure that the faculty construction conforms to the requirement of strengthening the party construction in the new period.
