| 摘 要： | 依法治教是党中央提出的依法治国方针在教育工作中的具体体现。实现依法治教,应当努力提高全体公民尤其是领导干部的教育法律意识,不断完善教育法律法规,加强教育民主管理与监督机制建设,深入开展教育执法监督工作。

| Abstract: | Teaching in conformity with law is the general embodiment of the policy of running the country in conformity with law in educational work. In the realization of teaching in conformity with law, educational and legal consciousness of all citizens especially of the leaders should be improved, educational and legal regulations should be perfected, the building of diplomatic management and supervision mechanic in education should be strengthened, and last, the work of supervising the enforcement of law in education should be carried out deeply. |
