领导干部对群众利益诉求的应有姿态

伴随着社会利益格局，利益关系的调整，利益矛盾凸现，群众利益诉求表达意义越来越强烈，领导干部应以什么姿态应对群众利益诉求？坚持以马克思主义利益原则为指导，深刻理解科学发展观，理性认知群众利益诉求；真情倾听群众的利益诉求，积极回应群众利益呼声；以为民谋利为己任，以帮民解困为荣悦，以未尽职责而愧疚，把全心全意为人民服务的宗旨落实为人民群众公平公正合理分享社会发展成果的现实，让人民群众满意，让人民群众更加积极地为创造我国社会发展更加辉煌灿烂的明天，贡献最大的潜能和智慧！

Attitude of Leading Cadre to the Demands of Interests of the People

With adjustment of the interest patterns and relation, conflict became marked. Consciousness of public situation to expressing demands is strong. What kind of attitude does the leading cadre to the demands of interests of the people？ They should uphold the guiding of Marxism interest principles and the scientific concept of development completely, recognize and listen and respond demand of interests of the masses rationally, deem the duty to the interests of the people, pride themselves on helping solve difficulties, feel guilt of not doing their duty, implement serving the people heart and soul in people sharing achievements of social development equity and justice, satisfy the people, let people contribute their potential talent and wisdom to development of our country positively.
