| 摘 要： | 人工授精、试管婴儿、代孕等人类辅助生殖技术的迅速发展,改变了人们的生育观念,也带来了一系列的法律问题。我国人类辅助生殖技术的立法并不完善,因此,应明确人类辅助生殖技术的生育权主体及人工生育子女的法律地位,以促进人类辅助生殖技术的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Such mankind aided reproductive technologies as artificial insemination,test tube baby,substitute-pregnancy,and so on,develop rapidly,which has changed people's conception of birth-giving and brought about a series of legal problems at the same time.The legislation of mankind aided reproductive technology in our country is not perfect.Therefore,the principal of birth-giving right of mankind aided reproductive technology and the legal system of artificial birth children should be made definite in order to promote the healthy development of mankind aided reproductive technology. |
