摘 要: | 政府文化与企业文化既有共性,又有个性。在推进我国政府文化创新的过程中,可以借鉴企业文化中的绩效理念、人本观念、团队精神等合理成分,注重政府思想、政府组织、政府制度文化的创新。

Abstract: | The governmental culture and the corporate culture both have generality,and have indivi-(duality).During the process of advancing governmental cultural innovation of our country,such rational compositions as performance idea,people idea,team spirit and so on that can be drawn lessons from the corporate culture,pay attention to the innovation of governmental thought,governmental organization,governmental system culiture. |
