| Abstract: | We have made research on the legal system and the enforcement of governmental information publicity both domestically and abroad for the consideration of Governmental Information Publicity Statute(drafted)in State Department.The thesis tells the international tendency,legislative experiences in other countries and the practice and progress in China,and brings suggestion to the establishment of Governmental Information Publicity Statute. |
