| 摘 要： | 公共物品的非竞争性和非排他性决定其不存在私人物品市场中的供求市场并通过供求平衡形成的价格．即没有一个有效的价格体系来控制公共物品的消费。政府是公共物品市场上的价格确定者。但我国采取的“成本加成”定价法，实践中存在诸多弊端。本文认为，制定科学合理的价格标准：树立合理的价格规制理念：完善公共物品价格的事前、事后监督体系是完善公共物品定价法是必然要求。
