| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,是马克思主义的应有之义,是我们党对改革开放和现代化建设经验的科学总结,是对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展观认识的深化,是我们党执政理念和实践的升华。甘肃地处西部内陆,又是传统的农业省份,多民族聚居,区位优势弱,自然条件差,经济总量小,城乡二元结构矛盾突出。只有立足省情,正视成绩,坚持科学的发展观,因地制宜,奋发图强,才能有力地推进甘肃全面、协调的发展,实现创建和谐社会的重大战略任务。
