| 摘 要： | 作为一种法律监督权，民事检察监督制度的价值取向主要包括两个方面：司法公正价值和司法效率价值，我们应当按照“公正优先、兼顾效率”的价值理念来设计和运作民事检察监督制度，并由此协调司法公正与司法效率的关系。

| Abstract: | As a legal supervision, values of the civil inspection and supervision system include two aspects ： the value of justice and judicial efficiency value. We should be in accordance with the ＂first fair, then efficient＂ concept to design and supervise the operation of the crown system, so coordinate the relationship between justice and judicial efficiency. |
