| 摘 要： | 医事卫生法学的创立具有现实和法理的双重依据,是和谐社会发展的现实需要。创立医事卫生法学学科的根据,在于医学与法学之间的密切关系,尤其是二者之间的交叉重叠关系。这种关系为医事卫生法学的创立提供了最坚实的基础。本文拟对这一关系予以初步研究,并进而论证医事卫生法学的学科定位、学科体系、学科意义,以期为医事卫生法学的创立,提供最基本的理论解释。

| Abstract: | Medical health jurisprudence is created on the basis of both reality and jurisprudence, which meets the needs of harmonious social development. Medical health jurisprudence was founded on the close relationship be- tween medicine and the science of law, especially the overlapping relationship between these two disciplines. This article focuses on a preliminary study of the relationships, and thus argues the subject orientation, discipline system and its significance so as to provide the basic theoretical explanations on the creation of the medical health jurispru- dence. |
