| 摘 要： | 在经济和社会的发展与改革进程中，我区农村治安的新情况、新问题也不断增多。治安热点与难点比较突出。暴力恐怖犯罪活动蠢蠢欲动。严重刑事案件时有发生。封建迷信和邪教活动比较猖獗。要严厉打击各类涉农违法犯罪。大力夯实农村治安防控基础。切实提高公安机关服务效能。推进我区社会主义新农村建设。 |

| Abstract: | In the process of economic and social development and reformation,there are increasing new situations and problems in our autonomy,with hot and tough points obvious.Violent terrorists are ready to make troubles,severe criminal cases occasionally emerge,and feudal superstition and evil cult activities are rampant for a while.Various farming related illegal activities should be firmly cracked down,foundation of rural security protection and control should be intensified,and police organization efficiency should be improved so as to promote the construction of socialist new rural construction in our autonomy. |
