| 摘 要： | 暹罗曼谷王朝在鸦片问题上施行的是一种比较矛盾的政策,一方面,历代国王都试图限制乃至消除国内的鸦片吸食习惯;另一方面,暹罗政府又力图从鸦片销售中汲取税收。这种政策上的矛盾,在一定程度上解释了迄今为止毒品问题在泰国仍难以根除的原因所在。

| Abstract: | Bangkok Dynasty’s opium policy is a relatively self-contradictory one,on one hand,successive monarchs have tried to eliminate opium smoking habits of Thai people;on the other hand,the Siamese government extracted considerable revenue from opium sales.This paradox,to a certain extent,explains the reason why the drug problem in Thailand so far is still difficult to eradicate. |
