企业思想政治教育研究——以生态伦理道德教育为视角

生态伦理道德教育为环境友好型社会建设提供精神动力和观念支持,对企业进行生态伦理道德教育是一种与时代发展相适应的科学的生态伦理观。以往在企业伦理的道德教育中,生态伦理道德教育受到极大的限制和忽略,学界方面也极少重视。对企业进行生态伦理道德教育,不仅扩展了德育内容,而且增强了企业的生态道德意识;对企业进行生态伦理道德教育是新时代发展的需要;是当代企业道德教育的需要;也是当代道德教育科学发展的需要,对社会和企业的将来都具有强烈的现实意义。

Research on Ideological and Political Education in the Enterprises

The ecological ethics education provides a spiritual and conceptual support for constructing the environmental society,and in the enterprises,it belongs to a scientific view of ecological ethics which accords with the development of society.In the past,it had been limited and ignored greatly in enterprises and less academic emphasis was laid on it.To carry out the ecological ethics education in enterprises not only enlarges the moral education but strengthens the enterprises＇ ecological ethics consciousness,which is the need of the development of society as well as the education itself,and has a strong practical significance to the future of the enterprises.
