试论我国公务员权利救济之框架

公务员的权利及其救济是个被忽视已久的论题,在我国的公务员制度的理论与实践发展过程当中,其研究更是处于起步阶段。本文尝试从该问题理解障碍的朴素心理着手,结合无独有偶的中外历史文化背景,阐释了研究的意义和价值,更着重论述了我国现有的公务员权利状况和救济渠道,以及其应当的发展方向。笔者尝试对公务员的权利作出个人的分类梳理,并就相应的救济方式提出了较为大胆的构想。
