| 摘 要： | 以环境要素污染和有毒有害物质污染为基本标准，环境污染侵权行为可分为不同的类型。对此类环境污染侵权应适用无过错责任的归责原则，在赔偿范围上应将精神损害赔偿列入其中。

| Abstract: | Taking the environment essential factor pollution and the virulent deleterious substance pollution as the primary standard,the environmental pollution abuse of authority may divide into different types.According to the responsibility principle that this kind of environmental pollution right infringement should be suitable to nonmistake responsibility,the compensation scope the spirit damage compensate should be included. |
